How can I pay?

Payment’s can be made via paypal or directly into bank via BACS. Creation of your item will begin once payment has been received. Due to the nature of our work, we cannot accept cancellations once a payment has been made and work has begun.

Where do you ship to and how?

We currently offer shipping throughout the UK. If you are based outside the UK, drop us an email and we can arrange delivery to your country.

All our items are sent via Royal Mail second class.

If you would like to arrange alternative delivery, such as first class or recorded, simply let us know and we can change shipping costs for you.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Can I return my item?

If you’re unhappy with your order, it wasn’t what you were expecting or it’s been damaged on it’s way to you, then please get in touch so we can arrange an exchange or refund.

Can I get something customised?

Of course! All of our items can be fully customised. Simply drop us an email stating what item you would like to customise and we can work out a cost for you.
